Return and exchange policy

If you wish to exchange/return a product for another one, you may do so up to 14 calendar days after the delivery date of the product. The product must be in perfect condition. In case the product is used we will not proceed to exchange it.

IMPORTANT: earrings cannot be changed for hygiene reasons.

To request an exchange or return you must contact us by emailing contact@flaner-studio.com, indicating your name, order reference and the reasons why you want to change the item. We will then provide you with a shipping address. You must send the item in the same packaging in which you received it.


  • In the case of a product exchange, you must exchange it for an item of equal or higher cost than the one you had purchased first.
  • Shipping costs to and from our offices shall be borne by the buyer. Thus, the buyer must send the package to our offices at his own responsibility and cost.



  • In the case of a return, you will be refunded the full price of the product.
  • In case of returning an order, the shipping cost will not be reimbursed if the order is sent outside Spain.


Defective item

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours or less of receiving it, attaching a photograph of the item.

We will contact you as soon as possible and tell you the steps to follow to return it. Once the steps we indicate you have been completed, we will send you the same product for free.

The return of the damaged item must be made within a maximum period of 7 calendar days. Once these 7 days have elapsed, you will not be able to return the item.

Item purchased during promotional periods

In case of a return of the parts purchased during the promotional period, the full price of the same will be refunded at the cost purchased during the promotional period.

In case of an exchange of parts purchased during the promotional period, the exchange will be made at no additional cost if the promotion is no longer in force. The cost of returning the item to our offices will be charged to the customer.

Refund Policy

Taking into account the above mentioned:

  • In case of return, the money paid for the product will be refunded in full, i.e., if the item is on promotion or has been purchased with a discount code, the money paid for it will be refunded including the discount, once the product has been received at Flâner's offices.
  • Shipping cost will not be refunded in case it has been paid for (EU/Worldwide)
  • Once the product has been received in perfect condition at Flâner's offices, we will proceed to make the refund having previously informed the customer that we have received the item and it is in conditions to execute the refund. 


Change of shipping address

If you want to make a change of shipping address you must immediately notify our email contact@flaner-studio.com.

In case the package has already been shipped to the address indicated to us it will not be possible to change the delivery address.

Flâner Studio guarantees that the website it works with complies with the Organic Law on Data Protection, thus guaranteeing all buyers the protection and confidentiality of personal data provided to us.

All data provided by the customer will be used only for:

  • User service.
  • Improving your shopping experience on the website.
  • To carry out specific processes such as product returns.
  • To process online orders and provide information on the status of a shipment.
  • To offer content of interest to the user.
