Do you ship worldwide? 

Yes, we ship worldwide. 

 

How much does the shipping cost? 

The shipping rate depends on your location. Please, be aware of customs regulated by the country of destination. You can always look at the rates in our shipping policy: https://flaner-studio.com/policies/shipping-policy 

 

When will my package be shipped? 

Products that are in stock will be shipped from our facility within 24-72 hours.   

 

 

How long will it take to get my order? 

The delivery timeframe is subject to the destination address. For orders being shipped within Spain, you can expect delivery within approximately 24-72 hours. However, for orders to Europe or worldwide shipping, the delivery timeframe extends to around 2-7 working days. Since the shipping process is facilitated by an external company, we will not be held accountable for any delays beyond the specified timeframes, as these timeframes are contractually established by the logistics company. In such cases, customers are advised to directly contact the shipping company for updates and resolution. If the logistics company does not provide you with a solution, you may always contact us at contact@flaner-studio.com and we will assist you to ensure you receive your order. 

 

Can I track the delivery of my order?

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with a tracking number so that you can track your order at every stage, and see an estimated delivery date and time. This later is to be provided by the shipping company of your country. 

 

Can I return or exchange the products?

Yes, once you have received the product you have 14 calendar days to exchange or return it as long as the product is in perfect condition, unopened and untested. The cost of return shipping to Flâner's offices will be paid by the customer.

What are our jewels made of?

All our products are made of 100% stainless steel, a type of steel with high resistance to corrosion, given that the composition of this metals have a great affinity for oxygen and react with it to form a passivating layer, thus preventing metal corrosion. 

Unlike other materials, such as gold-pleated silver (a layer), stainless steel jewelry will remain intact, since it is not a layer, but the material itself. 

 

Can I wet my jewelry?

Yes. All our products are water resistant, so the color won't fade away. 

 

EXCHANGE & RETURNS 

Can I return my product?

If you wish to exchange/return a product for another one, you may do so up to 14 days after the delivery date of the product. The product must be in perfect condition. In case the product is used, we will not proceed with the exchange.

IMPORTANT: Earrings cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

To request an exchange or refund you must contact us by writing to the email contact@flaner-studio.com, indicating your name, your order reference and the reasons why you want to change the item. We will then provide you with a shipping address. You must send the item in the same packaging in which you received it.

Exchanges

In the case of an exchange you must do it for an item of equal or higher cost than the one you had purchased first.

Shipping costs will be payed by the customer. 


Returns

In the case of a return, the total price of the product will be refunded.

Can I preorder an item?

Yes, you can email us with the product you want to preorder. 

 

Will you be getting more items in stock?

How do I place an order?

The costumer can place an order by following the next steps:  

· Select a product and “add to shopping bag”  

· Select “go to your shopping bag” to see the detailed information on the selected products.  

· Select “checkout”  
· Enter all personal information – enter any comments for dispatch – accept Flâner terms.

· Select “approve”  

· Fill in the payment form with personal information and credit card details.  

 

How can I pay for my order?

You can use any of the following payment methods to pay for your order: Visa, MasterCard, American Express
