If you wish to exchange/return a product for another, you can do so up to 14 calendar days after its delivery date. The product must be in perfect condition. If the product is used, the change will not be made.

IMPORTANT: earrings cannot be changed due to hygiene reasons.

To request an exchange or return you must contact us by writing to email, indicating your name, order reference and the reasons why you wish to exchange the item. We will immediately provide you with a shipping address. You must send the item in the same packaging in which you received it.

If you wish to exchange a product, you must exchange it for an item of equal or higher cost (providing the respective amount) than the one you had originally purchased.

Shipping costs to and from our offices shall be borne by the buyer. In this way, the buyer must send the package to our offices at his own responsibility and costs.


If you want to return an item, you will be refunded the full price of the product.
The shipping price will not be reimbursed.


Defective item

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours or less of receiving it, attaching a photograph of the item.

We will contact you as soon as possible and tell you the steps you must follow to return it. Once the steps we indicate have been completed, we will send you the same product completely free of charge.

The return of the damaged item must be made within a maximum period of 7 calendar days. Once these 7 days have passed, you will not be able to return the item.

Item purchased during promotion periods

If you return the pieces purchased during the promotion period, the total price will be refunded at the cost purchased during that period.

In case of an exchange, the change will be made without any additional cost in the event that such a promotion is no longer available. The cost of returning the item to our offices will be borne by the customer.
